Officer of the Year: Officer McFarlane

We are pleased to recognize Officer McFarlane as the officer of the year. McFarlane is a faithful and diligent officer who has shown excellence in his work. He has dealt with various difficult situations with skill and bravery, and has also helped the community through his participation in charitable causes.
